Samantha is knowledgeable and thorough. She always answers my calls and responds to my questions, sometimes even when she was with other clients. She understood how much my house meant to me and was very empathetic with me during the process. She was able to sell my home at the price I wanted when other realtors had failed. She is determined and will TK’s incredibly hard.

We cannot recommend Samantha highly enough. She was patient in helping us find the perfect home which can be very difficult for out of town buyers in a a market like LA. She helped us navigate each step of the buying process, explained everything in detail and recommended reputable and cost effective vendors for every service we needed. She was able to get us the exact home we wanted, while negotiating a hefty discount and accommodating our very demanding timeline as we needed to sell a property in another state before closing on this transaction. I truly don't think it would have been possible to accomplish all this were we working with any other real estate agent. Samantha's knowledge of the trade and the effort she puts in for her clients are exceptional and we will be using her for any future real estate needs we have in the area.

Very good, she did an outstanding job helping us with the sale of our home in Cypress. She made sure everything in the house was “crystal clean” as she put it. She also made sure we had a good staging and the pictures and video were great. We got a full price, all cash, no contingencies offer the same day we put the house on the market. Great Job Samantha!
